Shake well before every use. For yourself: mist into the air around you, above and to each side, and walk through it. For a room: start in the far corner and work towards the main door. Mist each corner, then the centre. Finish at the door, misting outward. Use it after visitors leave, after an argument, when you move somewhere new, or before you begin any practice. Keep it away from your face, your eyes and delicate surfaces.

100 ml, fine mist bottle. Alcohol based. Made and bottled by hand in small batches in India. Botanicals are natural and vary in colour between batches. INGREDIENTS Vodka, rose water, water and lemon juice, with a blend of essential oils including lavender, bergamot and rosemary, and whole botanicals including rose petals and citrus peel. Naturally occurring fragrance allergens in this blend include limonene, linalool, geraniol, citral, citronellol, eugenol, isoeugenol, cinnamal, coumarin, benzyl benzoate and benzyl salicylate.
