Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ishmaya Healings and Wellness LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor or merchant and the process of shipping has been initiated.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, a refund or replacement can be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or defective items

In case of receipt of a damaged or defective item, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt of the product. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end.

Product not as described

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty claims

For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

In case of any refund approved by Ishmaya Healings and Wellness LLP, it will take 2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
