01 — Chosen with intention

We do not carry everything. Every crystal in our collection is handpicked for its quality, its natural character, and the energy it holds. We look at the stone itself - its texture, its formation, the way it feels not just how it photographs.

If it does not feel right, it does not make it into our collection.

02 — Personalised for you

Many of our customers come to us not knowing exactly what they need — only that they are looking for something. We take that seriously.

If you want guidance, we will help you choose a crystal or bracelet based on what you are going through, what you are working towards, or what feels missing. This is not automated. A real person looks at your situation and recommends accordingly.

For custom orders, we build the piece around your specific intention — the stone, the combination, the form so that what reaches you has been thought about with your energy in mind.

03 — Cleansed before it reaches you

Crystals absorb energy from everything they pass through — mining, handling, storage, transit. Before any piece is prepared for dispatch, we cleanse it to clear whatever it may have picked up along the way.

This is not a formality. We believe a crystal can only do its work when it is clear, and we would not send you something that has not been properly reset.

04 — Reiki energised with purpose

Every order that leaves Ishmaya is Reiki energised before dispatch. This is done individually, not in batches. The intention set during this process is aligned to the purpose of the crystal — whether that is protection, calm, love, abundance, or clarity.
